How To Get Quick Assist In Windows 10. Select Get assistance, and then follow the instructions in Quick Assist. In the Give assistance section, helper selects Assist another person.
Provide the other user with the code. If User Account Control appears, select Yes to continue. Click Manage optional features on the right-hand side pane.
When you finish, click the Install button that appears on the Quick Assist feature.
Ask them to open the Quick Assist app and enter the code and click Share Screen.
You will now get a new window with two options, Get assistance and Give assistance. Now click Allow in the popup window on the other person's PC. And then click the All Apps button near the top of the new start window.
